Got a comment on an old blog today asking if I was still running. Why yes, yes I am!! Just haven't logged on in a while. I'll go back and input my race from a couple weeks ago and see about getting back into updating! I am doing well though. I have begun to incoporate some strength training 3 days a week and I run 5 days a week. I keep 2 days reserved completely for rest and my knees thank me for it. I am up to averaging about 20 to 23 miles per week now. I plan to keep my weekly mileage around the same for a while. Still working on getting faster, and successfully shaved about 12 seconds/mile off of my race pace from January :) |
